Shipping Policy
Shipping time depends on your location.
It usually takes 3 to 10 business days from the time you pay for your order to when you receive your items. You will be able to track your order 4 days after the payment.
What countries do you ship to?
US and UK only.
How much is the shipping fee?
Shipping is $6 for orders under $30;
Shipping is $3 for orders over $30 but under $50;
Shipping is free for orders over $50
How long does delivery take?
After payment, it takes 0 to 2 business days to complete the shipment.
US: 5-8 business days.
UK: 3-5 business days.
Note: Holidays, weather and other factors may affect the delivery time.
I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?
All items in an order are delivered at the same time.
You will receive a delivery notification email after the items are shipped.
Note: You can modify the order before we ship. The final confirmed items will be delivered at one time.
If the items have already been shipped, the additional items will not be delivered at the same time.
Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route.
Notes: If the wrong address is provided by the customer, and this leads to the package being lost or otherwise becoming unrecoverable, the customer shall bear the loss.
