Refund Policy

1. Cancellations and Adjustments

If your order has not yet been shipped, we offer order adjustments. If you would like to make any changes to your order, please email support@xeproduct.com.
If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to make adjustments.
 

2. 30-Day Refund

a. 30-Day

After receiving the product, you can apply for a return within 30 calendar days.
After 30 calendar days, refund requests for products not related to quality issues cannot be processed. You can refer to our warranty terms.


b. Check the items after receiving

If the product is defective, damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us so that we can evaluate the problem and deal with it in time.
The following situations are considered xeproduct's responsibility:
    The received product is not consistent with the ordered product;
    The product itself is damaged when it arrives;
    It does not meet the product description
The following situations are considered buyer's responsibility:
    The received product is consistent with the ordered product;
    It meets the product description;
    It is suitable for its intended use;
    The damage is caused by your misuse of the product or any modification of the product;
Xeproduct‘s responsibility, xeproduct bears the shipping costs.
Buyer's responsibility, buyer bears the shipping costs.
Note: Based on negotiation with the buyer, xeproduct is responsible for return or re-ship.
 

c. Change of mind

Within 30 days, if the buyer changes his mind and meets the return conditions, he can return the product and get a refund, and the buyer will bear the shipping costs.


d. Return Conditions

Your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
You will also need proof of purchase.

e. Refund Process

Once we receive your item, it usually takes 3 to 5 business days to inspect the item and process the refund.
We will send you a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
If you have not received the refund long after receiving the confirmation email, please contact us or your bank.


3. Warranty for Quality-Related Issues

All items sold are covered by a 24-month warranty, starting from the date of purchase. Please note that this warranty is not transferable and only applies to the original purchaser of the product.
If repair or replacement is required, we reserve the right to use new or refurbished products or components, at our discretion. In situations where a replacement is not an available or preferred option, xeproduct will offer a partial refund according to the usage time of the device.

4. Disclaimer

Only approved return requests are accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the return requirements listed in our Refund and Return Policy.
We do not assume ownership of the returned item until it reaches our fulfillment center.
